Princeville · Kauaʻi North Shore
A calm, light-filled garden home with everything Princeville offers right outside your door, all within walking distance.
Steps from the center
Known as the Gateway to the North Shore, Princeville Center is the heart of town, open daily, and you can stroll there. Stock the kitchen at Foodland, with its deli, bakery, fresh seafood and pharmacy, and pick up wine at Princeville Wine Market.
When you’d rather not cook, there’s plenty of choice: B’s Kitchen and Bar 56, Lotus Garden Chinese & Thai, Tiki Iniki for a cocktail, coffee at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and ice cream at Lappert’s Hawaii. Between meals, browse shops selling clothing, jewelry, gifts and souvenirs, and handle errands at the bank, salon or post office.

Gather like a local
The community center sits in Prince Albert Park, a seven-acre green at the entrance to Princeville. The park has a children’s playground, an outdoor fitness circuit and a big open lawn for a morning stretch, a picnic or a game of catch.
It’s also where neighbors gather for community events and a Saturday-morning farmers market, so you can pick up island fruit and flowers.
Groceries, dinner, the night market, the park: leave the car parked and stroll. When you’re done, come back to quiet gardens, birdsong and papayas ripening in the yard.

Princeville Makai Golf Club is a Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course with oceanfront holes above Hanalei Bay. The famed Prince Course, now the private North Shore Preserve, is part of Princeville’s golf story too.
The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas is home to Nanea Restaurant & Bar, which serves Hawaiian-inspired dishes, seafood and cocktails.

Celebrate here
Guests come to Princeville for life’s big moments. Some are here for a North Shore wedding, some to celebrate an anniversary, and some to begin a honeymoon. After the celebration, the house gives you room to unwind: a serene primary suite, a rain shower with a river-pebble floor, a lanai with a hanging chair, and space for family and friends.
